Great way to end our trip. It's neat hotel nestled in a royal style building in the market area. Freshly prepared breakfasts with live music and good in taste too, for instance provided by the best staff. Wonderful location, 5 minutes' walk to Subhash Bose Park. Good restaurant just a short stroll away from the property.

The location was stunning and favourable, so close to so many excellent restaurants, shops and even metro/train stations, the center of Kochi, and the city centre and walking distance to a temple and a palace. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there were plenty of options.

The rooms were functional, beautifully maintained and with good amenities.

Everything was fine, excellent location close enough to Travancore Court almost by accident, the tourist attractions and so many excellent restaurants, shops and even metro/train stations, very very good experience. A nice size rooms and climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV included. City view was a bonus.

loved our stay! rooms were amazing, with big bathrooms and a great view. breakfast buffet was the best we had in our trip. staff was super helpful and friendly. rooftop pool and spa were a bonus. exceeded our expectations in every way!

Lots of AC, Wi-Fi with spotty connectivity, and rooms that require multiple changes for a truly adventurous stay! Definitely a place to consider if you want a unique experience.

Who needs good service, functioning facilities, or a clean hotel anyway? Such a waste!

The a twin room was recently refurbished with climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. The location was amazing and incredible, so close to an extremely good Vegetarian restaurant-Krishna Inn, and the market and marine drive and easily accessible. The hotel's staff was cooperative...

The hotel is conveniently located and close to many attractions in the area. We were able to easily get to the sights of the city and the commercial areas we needed to visit. The nearby restaurant - The Feast - also provided a great option for dining. Our room was clean and quiet, which allowed us to relax after a long day.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired.

Checked in and within seconds the guy at the front desk upgraded us to deluxe without me even asking about it! Wonderful!

Pricing and location

Inefficient reception, they didn't have mosquito repellant available in the room which is a common practice in India.

The hotel had a great location near the main road and in a safe neighborhood. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a good vegetarian restaurant nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom facilities were not up to par. there were some issues with communication as some of the staff members had difficulty speaking and understanding English.

The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, which gave a nice touch to the stay there.

1.Perhaps there should be better receiption for new guests arriving. When I arrived at the hotel I felt rather lost. No one was there asking after what I needed and there is no proper reception area. Just some tables that looked more like an office. Would be good if reception staff were more attentive and if the reception area could be refurbished to look like a hotel reception area. 2.Further it was understood that giving my credit card number was as a guarantee for room, however I found that Travancore Court Hotel had charged me immediately upon booking. This is not what is stated as terms and conditions by Booked.net and did cause some confusion for me.
